Mission
Develop, manage and implement a commercial strategy for targeted account(s), engaging Customer is a consultative led manner, in order to profitably grow the sales of Schneider Electric services solutions offers, working with all segments and activities to ensure customer and Company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage and implement a commercial strategy for targeted account(s) and segments.
• To actively promote applicable Schneider installed base services with target customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardisation throughout the supply chain
• To develop robust knowledge of the full ED, AUT, Energy Services and Power SCADA installed base services offer, and how to apply the offers across the customer lifecycle
• Develop working knowledge of full Services offer portfolio (consultancy, training, energy services, critical power, asset optimization) and competently apply these to customer “pain points”
• Establish and implement dynamic sales plan in accordance with:-
o Best in Sales (BiS) principles
o Personal Sales plan (PSP)
o Company policy, objectives and strategy.
• In consultation with line manager, constantly review customer base so that the correct balance of target and reactive accounts is maintained
• Working with internal colleagues in all Entity Sales, Marketing Technical and Techno-commercial teams and Countries to ensure effective cross-entity, regional, national and international team co-operation
• Ensure that customer issues are owned and resolved by the most appropriate owners within the business units
• Provide all relevant accurate information and reporting in a timely manner as required by line manager and feedback to marketing.
• To manage and maintain customer and partner records using the appropriate company tools
• Actively monitor the actions of competitors
o Personal awareness of development needs in line with knowledge and skills required for the role
o Actively develop core competency in line with personal development plan
• To support company initiatives and champion product competency development of other team members
Profil et compétences recherchés:
You will have demonstrable experience of success in a similar account management role, preferably within a similar industry.
You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and demonstrate excellent rapport building skills.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
