Your mission

You will be working in the PwC’s Business Avenues department, where we manage the operational activities of a public program that helps European companies to internationalize. Our aim is to support EU-based SMEs to expand their business in the foreign markets.

We are offering you the chance to join our firm, where you will dive into a stimulating environment and contribute to the growth of hundreds of European companies. You will join a multidisciplinary and international team working closely with our client.

As an International Business Development Trainee (m/f), you will:

  • Build relationships with SMEs of all the EU countries, by reaching out, advising and coaching them while promoting specific business opportunities;
  • Learn on the business opportunities in the Korea, China, Japan and SEA markets and what they could offer to European companies;
  • Increase your knowledge on specific sectors which are strategic for the European economy;
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns: calls, mailing, social media, trade events;
  • Monitor activities and coordinate tasks with other team members;
  • Execute constant reporting using tools such as excel and sales force.

Your profile
  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in a business school or equivalent, and you need to undertake an internship lasting at least six months. Ideally, your studies focus on entrepreneurship, business development or marketing;
  • You have an interest for international politics and trade policies;
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills. IT technical skills such R, HTML and Java are considered an asset;
  • You have a perfect command of English. Any other language, especially central/eastern European, are considered an asset;
  • You are passionate for helping others and eager to making them succeed.
