Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  • Safety Compliance

1.      Train operators on safe operating procedures.

2.      Provide input as appropriate regarding safety.

3.      Ensure working conditions are Normal and enforce safety requirements.

  • Quality Control Responsibilities

1.      Train operators to interpret data (trend data, identify root cause, implement solution) and formulate actions to address non-conformance issues.

2.      Analyze and develop permanent solutions to prevent chronic or significant quality issues.

3.      In-depth knowledge of quality systems and all work instructions for area.  Provide input for improvements/changes to work instructions.

4.      Oversee of quality or product conformance issues to ensure corrective/ preventative actions are implemented and completed.

  • Actively supports all FMOS/TMP activities related to the job. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, implementing change.
  • Escalate issues and support needed, via FMOS process
  • Define the problems and solve the problems

 

  • Take a lead role in the performance management process of associates on their shift.

 

  • Build people capability and develop team talents through effective Associates relations, hiring, training, engaging and communication for shop floor Associates.
  • Deliver of all manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining Associates; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Initiate and foster a spirit of collaboration across the organizations
  • Develop him/herself in TPM tools and systems

 

 

Qualifications/任职条件

  • Preferably Bachelor’s  degree in Production Management or technical field
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of 5-S and Lean Manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Good command of English      
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
