Groupe SEB Brazil, the Brazilian subsidiary of Groupe SEB, is currently looking for a V.I.E as Junior Controller for Latin America, based in Sao Paulo.

The VIE will support the Controlling Manager as a key business partner through several main missions:

1/ Day-to-Day Support & Group Reporting

- Provide support for all retaining aspects: ad-hoc analysis, manage NSP (Net Selling Princing) by giving different inputs, recommend changes for business improvement, etc.

- Support the preparation of Monthly Reporting: Letter of the Month, turnover, gross margin, margin variance analysis, expenses, working capital/cash, etc.

- Maintenance of local BI (Business Intelligence) by ensuring the reconciliation of the legacy system

- Provide assistance for the Controlling Coordinators (Brazil, South Cone and Southern Latin America)

2/ Strategy & tactical actions (Budgeting / forecasting)

- Lead the preparation of Retailing forecast and budget processes for net sales and gross margin with the Retail Manager

- Relay Group Budget instructions to the Retailing structure

- Help in elaborating operational plan in case of reactivity needs: cost savings, cost freeze, etc.

- Contribute to prepare reforecasts and budget package for the markets and continent

- Perform working capital analysis in partnership with treasury team in order to identify and propose actions.

3/ Improve knowledge about financial process

- Perform local training session for GPS (Group Reporting System) users under the supervision & guidance of Controlling Coordinators

- Key interlocutor for management of SLA master data in GPS: article, customer, PRSC (non-consolidated costs), MLA (main local account), etc.

- Participate in the department initiatives that aims improving and automatization of reporting processes


Are you a Business School graduate with Finance/Controlling education?

Do you have minimum 12 months’ experience in Controlling missions (through internships or post graduate experience)?

Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills?

Ability to work to deadlines & manage stressful situations? (6 legal entities to manage and 3 different volatile currencies to handle)

Do you speak English, Portuguese and another language?
