The Recruitment and Development Manager manages and leads the recruitment process and defines the employer brand policy (social media, career website, events etc). Additionally, the manager is fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. He/She follows-up all steps of the recruitment process and constantly provides inputs for improvement. He/She defines KPI’s to identify and improve any Recruitment action.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Holds responsibility and makes evolve the recruitment process in order to have a high standard candidate selection pathway
- Defines and monitors the most appropriate KPIs to guarantee a high quality hiring process
- Builds the Hiring Plan and the hiring action plan in order to provide talent within the organisation (communication, campus management, events…)
- Explores the market’s best practices in terms of recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate actions
- Builds quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and strives to constantly reduce recruitment costs
- Defines and rolls-out the Employer Brand Strategy : social media communication, PR, events, partnerships etc
- Defines and drives the Career development program : identification and management of Key People, succession plan, training policy
- Manages the Hiring budget
- Designs the internal mobility policy
- Manages and develops the Talent Acquisition Team and an HR Project manager

REQUIREMENTS 

- Excellent communication and negociation skills
- Previous operational recruitment experience
- Strong track record in Employer Brand communications
- Digital mindset 
- Managerial and leadership skills
- Analytical skills 
- Training skills
- Team Player 
- English fluent or bilingual
