CrossKnowledge is a global leader in remote development of leadership and managerial skills, using new technologies. Founded in 2000, Crossknowledge is an international company with more than 300 people. We have offices in Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, and strategic partnerships in Morocco, Finland, India, China, Japan, Canada and many more.
Since May 1st 2014, CrossKnowledge is part of the Wiley group.

You actively participate in the business development of CrossKnowledge in France. You will manage a portfolio of Global Accounts, mainly composed of potential customers you will "hunt". CrossKnowledge provides e-learning solutions in management and leadership to develop management and leadership skills
After a 3 month-training period on CrossKnowledge training solutions and CrossKnowledge Sales approach, you will work on your own portfolio independently. The portfolio is composed of 15-20 Global Accounts, i.e. CAC40 / Fortune 500 companies.

Your primary focus will be to lead business expansion through client acquisition.
To map the accounts, to identify the decision-makers (mainly CXOs)
To build a relationship based on trust with potential clients,
To identify their strategic issues, and convince them that CrossKnowledge training solutions can help them. You advise and recommend them a tailored solution (profitable both for the client and for CrossKnowledge),
To ensure premium delivery services,
To ensure client's loyalty.

Profil et compétences recherchés:
You have a strong academic background; graduated from a Business School or equivalent, you are fond of HR issues,
You have a proven and successful track record (minimum 5 years) in selling complex and long Sales cycle solutions.
You have the ability to develop strong relationships at a senior and executive level.
You are fluent in both French and English.
You must be an ambitious and self-motivated person with enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed in a challenging environment
Other information
As you'll be integrated into a larger team that covers Continental Europe and will be reporting to its Deployment Manager, collaboration with colleagues cross-border will be encouraged.
